Locally, our annually-elected MAS executive members are known as the "Marmora Fair Board", although the annual fall fair we host every Labour Day Weekend, at the Marmora Fair Grounds, is but one activity and community service our organization provides.

The Marmora Agricultural Society is a not-for-profit organization, organized as a corporation without share capital under the authority of the Agricultural & Horticultural Organizations Act (1988) of the Province of Ontario.

We are a member of the O.A.A.S. (Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies), C.A.F.E. (Canadian Association of Fairs & Exhibitions) and also a member in good standing of S.O.C.A.N. (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada). The O.A.A.S. is divided into 15 Districts and Marmora is in District #3.

Membership in the Marmora Agricultural Society is $5./year per person. Our regular meetings are held monthly and our Annual AGM is scheduled before Christmas, so that we can hold our Annual Election of Board Members and form Committees to begin planning the following years' MAS Events early in the New Year.
